North Korean Glass Body Cups (No Fire, Suction Only, with balm and oil)

Options Available: Isolate targeted areas, treat the full back, or cover the full body.
Cupping Set (19 Cups): Rated as the best for movement cupping, commonly used in Myofascial Cupping for enhanced mobility and muscle release.

What is the Myofascial Cupping Technique?

I am accredited in Myofascial Cupping as well as the Myofascial Cupping Technique™ that was developed by David Sheehan in 2002. It involves the gliding of negatively pressurised cups over the body with the assistance of massage cream and can be accompanied by joint mobilisation.

It is a very different technique to traditional cupping and importantly, marking the skin is NOT part of the desired treatment outcome. It also should be performed at a pressure level that is almost painless to my cients.

How is it different to other massage techniques?

Unlike all other massage techniques that use compression, the Myofascial Cupping Technique™ is unique in that it lifts and separates' soft tissue, known as negative or tensional pressure. This in turn can increase nutrient-rich blood supply to the tissue, while giving a gentle passive stretch to the underlying soft tissue.

Benefits from the Myofascial Cupping Technique™

The Myofascial Cupping Technique™ can provide profound benefits, particularly with assisting the body in maintaining Range Of Motion, eliminating Myofascial Trigger Points and reducing restrictive and sometimes painful fascial adhesions commonly found from repetitive movement originating from sports and the workplace. By reducing fascial adhesions, while encouraging optimal hydration levels of soft tissue, the Myofascial Cupping Technique™ can assist in reducing the incidence of injury and maintaining functional soft tissue.

About

TOTAL, YOU, TIME 🤩

"Come for a yap, stay for a nap" as beautifully commented by returning clients!

As a personal trainer, I understand the body deeply—its needs, tensions, and the power of true relaxation. I’ve also experienced many spas and massages myself, often leaving thinking, that could have been better or how could this feel more worth it?

That’s why I take pride in offering thoughtful, personalised care that delivers real value and leaves you feeling truly pampered.

Whether you’re here for a quick refresh or a full luxury escape, my focus is on helping you unwind, recharge, and feel completely at peace. Step into a space where relaxation comes first, and let me take care of the rest.

My goal is for every session to leave you feeling happy, refreshed, and fully at ease. I can’t wait to welcome you and provide the ultimate spa experience you deserve!

Remember to take things slow and steady in the meantime!

My Mum and I gifted a head spa with an added on neck/shoulder massage to my 12 year old niece for her birthday. 12 year old said this ‘ Laura, oh so many things I can say. First she has magical hands and she is just so welcoming and sweet. She is also great with kids and it’s very fun and relaxing for a nice spa day for any age!’ I say, I chose Laura because of her fantastic reviews and she absolutely lived up to them so I am adding another 5 star review here myself. The booking process was seamless and Laura is a gorgeous human whose attention to detail and sweet little extras made our 12 year old float out the door on a cloud. We spent the drive home deciding what we will all get next because we surely will return.

I highly recommend Laura if you’re looking for a Japanese head spa in the area. Amazing service, great atmosphere, and such a relaxing experience! ✨🤍
